parties agree on ALL issues of their

How long does it take to obtain an
uncontested divorce?
Once both parties sign all documents in
front of a notary and return to our office,
usually an uncontested divorce will be completed
in 60 days.
Do I (or my spouse) have to go to court?
In most uncontested divorces, over 95%,
neither party has to go to court and your
divorce will be mailed to you from Adkins
Law.
How does the process work?

Call or email our office to set a 30-minute
consultation. (Consultation fee $35.00)
2.
Arrive 10 minutes early to fill out the
paperwork.
3. Meet with one of our highly trained
professionals to discuss your uncontested
divorce.
4.
Paperwork will be mailed to you for
signatures within 2 weeks of initial
consultation.
5. Return signed documents to our
office. 6. Adkins Law
will mail your uncontested divorce final
paperwork to you within 60 days.
